Road to Sochi Tour

The U.S. Olympic Committee & Southern California Olympians & Paralympians invite you to attend the FREE Road to Sochi Tour on Friday Feb. 7 from 2-8 p.m. at the Event Deck at L.A. LIVE. Fans can meet U.S. Olympians and Paralympians and celebrate the Opening Ceremony of the 2014 Olympic Winter Games in Sochi, Russia, while also trying their hand at 10 interactive sport stations like speed skating, street luge, curling and even cross-country skiing.

All activities are free and open to the public, and several Team USA athletes will participate in the tour stop, including Joey Cheek, an Olympic speed skating champion and the U.S. flag bearer at the 2006 Olympic Winter Games Closing Ceremony.

Fans will also have the opportunity to purchase a pair of limited-edition “Go USA” fan mittens through the USOC’s Raise Your Hands campaign, which helps to raise funds for Team USA athletes. The mittens are priced at $14 per pair. In addition, a pair of Nike American flag gloves, which are not sold in stores, will be given away every hour.
